Frankie Weinberg, our seasoned brewer, is the heart and soul of Country Roads Beer Co. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a rich history at renowned breweries such as Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company, Three Notch'D Brewing Co, North American Sake Brewery Company, Line Creek Brewing Company, SweetWater Brewing Company, and 6S Brewing Company, Frankie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. His proficiency in managing brew houses, utilizing advanced brewing software, and creating unique recipes sets the foundation for our innovative craft beers. Beyond his brewing talents, Frankie is a decorated athlete, recognized with the Sportsmanship Award at the USHA Collegiate Handball Nationals in 2014. This commitment to excellence and teamwork drives his vision to create a brewery that leaves a lasting mark on the industry.

Her extensive experience as a design consultant has honed her skills in problem-solving and organizational solutions. Sophia's expertise has been pivotal in developing our business plan and financial strategies, ensuring that our brewery not only thrives today but also in the future. Austin Seabolt

Meet Austin Seabolt, our talented Sous Chef and the mastermind behind many of our daily specials. With a real passion for crafting delicious dishes, Austin brings a fresh and creative approach to our menu, making each dining experience special for our guests.
Before joining our team, he held positions like Chef de Cuisine at The School House Hotel and Kitchen Manager at 50 East Casual Dining, where he gained valuable experience in menu development and staff training. Austin has a knack for combining flavors that truly spark the palate, and he’s always looking for new ways to inspire and impress.
